On April 11, in place of the usual Wednesday evening Dharma talk, Zen Center will be hosting lay and monastic students of Thich Nhat Hanh who are touring the West Coast from San Diego to the Bay Area as part of the Wake Up movement.
They will participate along with Zen Center students in a discussion about Meditation in City Life in the 21st Century. Although the focus of the Wake Up movement is offering mindfulness practice to young adults in the 17-35 age range, everyone is more than welcome to participate.
