Logo image for YUZYoung Urban Zen is a new group under the auspices of the San Francisco Zen Center. In January, some “young adult” Zen Center folks decided to offer space and some structure for a group of people to gather and share their practice. Come, make some “spiritual friends.”

We’ll be meeting Monday nights to meditate together, and to discuss our experiences of Zen practice. In addition to our weekly routine, there will be opportunities to talk with some of Zen Center’s senior teachers.
