Writing as Refuge Workshop
Let your submerged writer float to the surface in a safe haven.
Sunday, January 29, 10 am – 5pm
Conference Center, 308 Page Street, SF
The writing space, entered as in meditation, allows loss and submerged pain to float to surface. Writers often face these feelings, along with the joyful ones, as signage to meaningful, redemptive stories, taking refuge in the practice. We will write, chat, and work on crafting your precious material, with occasional personalized “soft” critiques.
Group and private time
Cost: $69 (low-income slots available)
All levels welcome.
Instructor: Camille Cusumano, journalist, book author/editor, memoirist
Sign up at Camille’s website, though note that the date is indicated as Jan 8, but it has been changed to Jan 29, as indicated above.
