Tassajara Summer Retreats 2024

San Francisco Zen Center is pleased to announce that Tassajara will be opening for a small but inspiring array of retreats this summer!

These Zen meditation and interdisciplinary arts retreats are geared towards guests who are interested in immersing in practice and nature under the guidance of our most established teachers. They represent some of our most popular past retreats (such as Zen and Yoga) as well as new retreats that explore the synergy between practice and leadership, traditional Zen studies, poetry, family life, and more.

As we ease into reopening, our capacity for hosting guests is limited, so we recommend booking soon to ensure a reservation.

We know it’s been a long wait while we’ve been rebuilding our staffing and infrastructure after Covid-19 closures. We are grateful for the patience and understanding of our long-time guests, friends, and community and we are thrilled to welcome you back to our beautiful valley in Summer 2024.

Below are the 2024 season retreat links. To request a reservation click on the retreat name.
