The Winter 2016 Practice Period at Tassajara came to a joyful conclusion with the Shuso Ceremony of Hakusho Johan Ostlund.
The practice period was led by Hakusho’s teacher, Furyu Nancy Schroeder, who is the Abiding Abbess at Green Gulch.

Hakusho came to the US from Sweden in 2007 to study the dharma, and now takes his bright smile and gentle practice to Chicago to work with teacher Taigen Dan Leighton. We wish him joy and ease.
