City Center shuso Shindo Gita Gayatri completed her training with the Shuso Ceremony on March 26, 2016, at the end of the Winter Practice Period, led by Ryushin Paul Haller. Here is the bright new teacher in the City Center courtyard after the ceremony with the benji (shuso’s attendant), Juan Angel, and her teacher Ryushin. Shindo returns to India next week, bringing home the wisdom and strength she demonstrated during the entire practice period, and particularly the Shuso Ceremony. The City Center community will miss her friendliness and her generosity of spirit.
